Peace standing with wings spread, a dove with an olive branch in its beak at her right hand, an olive spray in her left; surrounded by a laurel wreath; at her feet, to the left WELCOME, an anchor and ribbon 1914, and to the right PEACE a broken sword and a ribbon 1919.
