Important notes:

Please note that due to a change in the regulations for value added tax, which is binding for all EU countries, goods imported into the EU from third countries (including Switzerland) can no longer be sold at a differential tax rate, but only at a regular tax rate.

What does this mean for our customers in the EU?

Effective immediately, SINCONA Deutschland GmbH will only process auction purchases that are collected/shipped within Germany. For those purchases, the German reduced 7% VAT will be added to the total amount (hammer price + 20% buyer's premium).
Shipping to all other EU countries is carried out from Switzerland, unless processing via SINCONA Deutschland GmbH and thus standard taxation for the recipient country is expressly requested.

VAT-exempt gold coins (see list) remain to be free of any import and sales taxes if received in Germany or picked up in our office in Weil am Rhein.
