Carl F. von Graefe (geb. 1787, gest. 1840) war Generalstabsarzt und seit 1811 Professor der Chirurgie und Direktor des Klinikums in Berlin. Zudem war er Inspektor des Lazarettwesens und Leibarzt des Anhaltinischen Herzogs.
