Description

Military Order of Poland [Order Wojskowego Polskiego] (1815) (also called: Order 'Virtuti Militari') 5th model (with Lithuanian knight 'Pogon' and '1792' on the reverse – 1815–1831), 4th-grade cross, variation without year on the reverse, 39.5 x 34.6 mm, French contemporary manufacturing, silver gilt, centres gold, enamels, enamel chips on the averse and on the reverse, on the averse of the loop French warranty mark for 800 silver since 1838 ('boar's head'), with small old ribbon. Военный орден Польши (известен также как орден Виртути Милитари) 5 тип (с литовским рыцарем «Погоня» и 1792 на обороте – 1815–1831), крест 4 класса, разновидность без года на обороте, 39.5 x 34.6 мм, старой французской работы, серебро с позолотой, в центре золото, эмаль с трещинками на лицевой и оборотной сторонеs, на лицевой стороне ушка французское клеймо 800 серебра с 1838 года («кабанья голова»), с маленькой старой ленточкой.
