1) "PM" for the company Pyotr Pavlovich Milyukov in Moscow, which existed from 1877 to 1912 and produced silverware (in 1897 he employed 18 workers and 15 youths).
2) The silver mark is a 1908 Mascow hallmark for 88 zolotniki of silver (917/000).
