The facing busts of John on l. and the nimbate Virgin on r. John is wearing loros and holds a patriarchal cross on globus in l. hand. The Virgin in stola and maphorium is crowning the emperor with her r. hand. Above her head MΘ Manus dei above John's head. 4.11 g. Sear 1785. DOC 3. Edge slightly clipped. Almost very fine.
